We want customers to understand return eligibility before purchase, especially for one-of-a-kind rugs and curated home items.

Return requests should be started by contacting Montaage Inc. before sending any item back.
Item Condition
Returned items must be in the same condition received, unused, undamaged, and with original packaging when possible.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind items may have natural variations and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Starting a return
To request a return review, contact us at montaage@montaageinc.com or call 914-723-7094. Include your name, order information, product name/code, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or materially different from the listing.
Return authorization
Please do not ship an item back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused because rugs and larger home items require correct packaging and handling.
Return shipping and refunds
Unless an item arrived damaged or materially not as described, return shipping and safe packaging are generally the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
