These terms describe the basic rules for using the Montaage Inc. website and purchasing products through the site.
Product information
Montaage Inc. works to present product descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, images, availability, and other details accurately. Handmade, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items may show natural variation, age, patina, wear, color variation, or irregularities that are part of the item’s character.
Orders and availability
Products are subject to availability. An order may require confirmation if an item is one-of-a-kind, recently sold, oversized, special-handling, or requires delivery/payment confirmation.
Pricing, tax, and shipping
Displayed prices, taxes, shipping, and promotions are subject to correction if there is a technical, typographical, database, or calculation error. Sales tax is calculated based on configured tax states and the customer’s delivery information.
Payments
When online card processing is active, customers should use the secure payment flow provided at checkout. Montaage Inc. should not request full payment-card numbers through email or ordinary website forms.
Limitation of liability
The website and product information are provided for shopping and informational use. To the extent permitted by law, Montaage Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website use, product unavailability, display errors, or third-party service issues.
